Igra:Call Of Duty 2 - CTF 5 vs 5
Svaki klan koji zeli da ucestvuje mora ostaviti svoju prijavu na Bitange forumu u rubrici gde je dat primer. Svaki klan moze prijaviti neogranicen broj igraca, po principu ( 1 igrac - 1 klan).
SVI IGRACI KOJI SU SE IKADA NASLI NA BILO KAKVIM CHEAT LISTAMA, NECE MOCI IGRATI NA TURNIRU.
Klanovima, koji u svom nazivu imaju uvredljivu ili nacisticku simboliku, nece biti odobreno ucestvovanje u EWL.Najmanje dva predstavnika ekipe moraju uci u xf grupu:

Ispred svog imena moraju postaviti tag klana radi lakseg dogovora oko war-a. Dok se to ne ucini klanu se ne moze odobriti ucestvovanje na turniru. Cim se prihvati dovoljan broj ekipa, prijave se zatvaraju. Nakon toga klanovi nemaju prava izmena postava.
Serveri i guidovi:Igra se na ORIGINAL serverima stoga je potreban
ORIGINAL CD KEY. Guidovi svih prijavljenih igraca ce biti provereni i moraju biti cisti na www.game-violation.org, www.punksbusted.com.
Mape:U grupnoj fazi takmicenja organizator odredjuje po 2 mape za svako kolo. Duzina partije je 30 minuta (15+15).

Prva faza je grupna.Formira se 4 grupe i igra se po princupu svako sa svakim. Kao i u fudbalu pobeda donosi 3 boda, remi donosi 1, a poraz 0 bodova Po 2 prvoplasirana tima iz svake grupe prelaze u drugu fazu. Ukoliko se desi da 2 ekipe imaju isti broj bodova, gledace se score razlika,(razlika izmedju osvojenih i izgubljenih zastava, ko ima vecu razliku prolazi dalje), a ako je i to isto, dalje ide pobednik iz medjusobnom susretu.
Druga faza igra se po knockout sistemu.Parovi će se dobiti ukrštanjem iz faze grupnog takmičenja na ovaj način:

B1-A2
C1-D2
D1-C2Pobednik ide dalje, a poraоeni se oprašta od turnira. Tokom ove knockout faze ne postoji opcija nerešenog rezultata već se igraju produоeci po sledecem principu:
Trecu mapu biraju organizatori, a ako i posle trece mape bude neresen rezultat, igrace se 4 mapa, ....... sve dok jedna ekipa ne pobedi.
U polufinalu, ukrštaće se pobednik (A1-B2) sa pobednikom (C1-D2) , i (B1-A2) sa (D1-C2). Igrace se i meč za treće mesto.
Biranje strana i mapa:U grupnoj fazi, timovi su duzni da odigraju pistol bash jednu rundu i pobednik bira stranu na prvoj mapi, a porazeni bira stranu na drugoj mapi.
U knockout fazi, timovi su duzni da odigraju pistol bash jednu rundu, i pobednik bira mapu i na drugoj mapi stranu, a porazeni bira stranu na prvoj mapi.
Runde: Svaki war podrazumeva igranje dve mape. Svaka ekipa bira svoju mapu(vazi za knockout fazu). Igra se na vreme, limit u poenima ne postoji. Duоina partije je 30 minuta (15+15).
Team say:Sve primedbe na igru protivnickih klanova mozete postaviti u sekciji Grupe (zavisno od toga u kojoj je grupi Vas klan) na našem forumu i tamo objasniti problem i zatraziti demo snimke.
Tim na koji je primedba upucena duzan je upload-ovati demo snimke i ostaviti link u istom topic-u.
SVAKO VREDJANJE PROTIVNIKA ZA VREME WARA, BICE KAZNJENO GUBITKOM MEČA!!!
Klan koji smatra da mu je za vreme wara upucena uvreda, mora to dokazati tako sto ce u temi gde je war zakazan, postaviti ss gde se uvreda vidi, a administratori turnira ce odluciti da se radi o uvredi ili ne. Molim vas da o ovome dobro povedete racuna, jer za psovke i uvrede nece biti kompromisa. Klan iz kog je igrac, koji je uputio uvrede protivniku, izgubice taj war sa 5:0.

Svako ko zeli da zatrazi demo od protivnickih igraca(maksimalno 3), mora to uraditi u roku od 1 sata nakon zavrsetka wara, u temi gde je zakazan war, a igraci ciji je demo zatrazen, imaju rok od 24h da ih postave na forum. Kao dokaz rezultata, koristice se SS, sa kraja wara.
Team leader pobednickog teama duzan je da screenshoot dostavi nekom od organizatora turnira, najkasnije 15 minuta nakon meca. Ukoliko team-leader propusti ovo da uradi, pobeda se nece racunati(oba tima 0 bodova).
Scripte:Sve vrste skripti i stvari koji olaksavaju igru te se nalaze u confizima igraca, dovesce do gubitka meca. Klanu kome se to dvaput ponovi diskvalifikuje se sa takmicenja.Takodje VSTR komande nisu dozvoljene. Nakon svakog odigranog wara, pregledace se log baza, a ekipa ciji igrac poseduje neka nedozvoljena sredstva, izgubice taj war sa 10:0.
Izmene:Za vreme meča izmene nisu dozvoljene već se sve vrše iskljucivo:
- za vreme timeouta
- na poluvremenu
- za vreme menjanja mapa
No Show:U obe faze takmicenja ( grupna i knockout ) igrace se 1 war nedeljno, a parovi ce biti postavljeni svake nedelje do ponoci, na forumu u temi Grupe i Parovi.
Predstavnici ekipa su duzni da za svako kolo, do četvrtka u ponoć ostave postove na forumu, o dogovoru za precizan termin wara. Ako se do četvrtka u ponoc timovi ne dogovore o preciznom terminu odigravanja wara( oba klan lidera moraju ostaviti post, sa tacno odredjenim datumom, i satnicom), termin ce odrediti organizator. Ekipa koja se u dogovoreno, ili odredjeno vreme ne pojavi na serveru, gubi mec sa 5 : 0. Protivnik se ceka 15 minuta, nakon cega ce biti proglasen no show.
Ukoliko nekom timu fali 1 igrač te ih je 4 online, u dogovoru s drugim timom mogu odigrati 4 vs 4, ali moraju predhodno obavestiti administratora o problemu (dogovoru). War se ne moze igrati 5 vs 4 igraca.
Ukoliko tim ima samo 3 online igraca, meč se ne moоe odigrati, a ekipa koja je kompletna(ima 4 ili 5 igraca on line) dobija war sa 10:0. Protivnik se čeka maksimalno 15 minuta, nakon cega ce biti proglasen no show.
Ukoliko obje ekipe se ne pojave u odredjeno vrijeme, taj mec ce se registrovati rezultatom 0-0 i obje ekipe ce imati isti kao poraz u tabeli.
Zabranjeno je:
- Koristiti VSTR komande
- Pucanje na Scroll
- JUMP (zabranjen je bilo koji JUMP!)
Sve zastave prenete za vreme jumpa, oduzece se ekipi iz koje je igrac koji je jumpao, i upisace se kao rezultat protivnickoj ekipi, a tacan broj utvrdice se pregledanjem demoa, ili ce sudija odmah na waru reagovati. Ako za vreme wara neko jumpa, protivnik je duzan zatraziti demo od tog igraca, i obavestiti administratore turnira o spornoj situaciji.
Sudjenje:- Sudice se fer
- Na ovom takmicenju ne vaze pravila CB-a,ESLa ili neke druge lige. Igra se iskljucivo po pravilima EWL.
- Sudije po slobodnoj proceni mogu bilo koji tim udaljiti sa takmicenja ukoliko za to postoji razlog.
- Odluka administratora je konacna.
- Administratori i sudije zadrzavaju pravo da menjaju pravila EWL pre pocetka turnira.
- SVAKI TIM KOJI SE PRIJAVI NA EWL, SAGLASAN JE SA PRAVILIMA KOJA SE OVDE NALAZE.

Game:Call Of Duty 2 - CTF 5 vs 5 A clan wishing to participate in the Tournament has to submit the application at Bitange forum in the section which contains the example:

At least two clan representatives must join the xf group:

Until this administrative segment has been completed clan's participation in the tournament will not be approved. When a total of 24 clans have been approved for participation, the application process will be closed. After that, clans will have no right to change their team members.
Servers and GUIDs: All matches shall be played on ORIGINAL servers, therefore ORIGINAL CD KEY is compulsory. GUIDs of all participating players will be cress-referenced with www.game-violation.org and www.punksbusted.com databases.

The first phase - group phaseThere will be 4 groups with 6 teams in each group. Each team will play against every other team in the group. As in football, the victory earns 3 points, a tie brings 1 point, while defeat carries 0 points. Two first-ranked teams from each group move on to the second stage. If 2 teams have the same number of points, the score difference will be taken into consideration (between the number of won and lost flags â€" the team with the greater number of scored flags moves on to the next round). If the score difference between these two teams is also the same, they play a match, while the winner moves on to the next round.
The second phase - knockout systemSecond stage pairs will be formed by mixing winners from the group phase in the following way:
A1-B2
B1-A2
C1-D2
D1-C2
The winner moves on to the next stage, while defeated teams farewell from the tournament. In the case of a tie during the knockout phase teams shall play additional map according to the following principle:
The third map shall be selected by the organizer, and in case of another tie, another map shall be played, and this shall repeat until there is a winner .
Choosing Sides and Maps:In the group phase teams must play one round of pistol bash, while the winner picks the side on both maps.
In the knockout phase teams must play one round of pistol bash. The winner picks the map and side on the second map, while defeated team picks the side on the first map.
Rounds:
Each war includes playing of two maps. Each team picks own map (the knockout phase). The game is time-limited without point limits. The length per match is 30 minutes (15+15).
Team Say:All complaints concerning the opposing team can be posted in the Forum's Group section (in tour clan's Group section ). You post should explain the problem and you may also request demos. The team to which particular complaint refers to must upload demos and place their links in the same topic.
ANY INSULTS DIRECTED AT THE OPPOSING TEAM DURING THE WAR SHALL RESULT IN LOSS OF THE MATCH!!!
A clan which claims it was offended during the war must prove by posting a SS with such insult in the topic where the war was previously scheduled. Administrators will then decide if the SS contains an insult or not. Please make sure to avoid such behaviour, as there would be no compromise over insults and foul language. The clan, who's player wrote an insult to an opposing player or team, will lose the match with 5:0.
Servers:For the needs of EUnet Winter League, Eunet will host 4 official servers.

Recording and Posting of Demos:Recording of demos is compulsory. A request for demo from opposing players (a maximum of 3 demos) must be posted within 1 hour after completion of the match in the topic where the war was scheduled. Players, from whom the demo was requested have 24 hours to post them. As a proof of result a SS will be used from the end of war.
The Team Leader of the winning team must submit a SS to one of the tournament's organizers no later than 15 minutes upon completion of the match. If the Team Leader fails to do so, the victory shall be forfeited and both teams shall be given 0 points.
Scripts:All types of scripts and other aids making the game easier, which are located in config files of players, shall result in the loss of the match. A clan which is found twice to use such files and aids shall be disqualified from the competition. VSTR commands are also prohibited. After each played war the log base shall be reviewed, while the team with a player using any of the above-listed aids shall lose such war with 10:0 score.
Substitutes:No substitutes are allowed during the match. Any replacements shall be conducted only:
- during timeout
- during halftime
- during map change
No Show Policy:During first two stages of the competition (group and knockout ) one war per week shall be played, while playing pairs shall be posted by midnight each Sunday in the Forum's topic Groups and Pairs.
Team representatives must post in the forum a precise time and date for the upcoming match for each round each week by midnight Thursday. If by Thursday midnight teams fail to agree on precise time and date of the war (both Clan Leaders must leave a post with precisely determined time and date), the time and date shall be determined by the organizer. The team which fails to appear on the server at agreed time and date forfeits the match with 5:0. The team must wait for the opponent for 15 minutes, after which a "No Show" shall be declared.
If a team is one player short and has only 4 online players, a 4 vs 4 match can be played in agreement with the opposing team, but both teams must previously inform the administrator about such problem (agreement). The war cannot be played by 5 against 4 players War.
If the team has only 3 online players, the match cannot be played, while the team which is complete (has 4 or 5 online players) wins the war with 5:0. The team must wait for the opponent for 15 minutes, after which a "No Show" shall be declared.
It is prohibited:- to use VSTR commands
- to scroll-shoot
- JUMP (any type of JUMP is prohibited!)
All flags carried with the use of jump shall be taken from the jumping team and scored to the opposing team, while the exact number of such flags shall be determined through demo review or the referee will immediately react during the war. If anyone jumps during the war the opposing team must request a demo from such player and inform tournament administrators regarding disputable situation.
REFEREEING:- Refereeing shall be fair.
- CB, ESL or other league rules shall not be valid. EWL tournament rules shall be strictly applied.
- As per their free judgment referees can remove any team from further competition in case they establish a valid reason.
- Decision of the referee shall be final.
- Administrators and referees reserve the right to change the rules of EWL before the tournament.
- EACH TEAM THAT SUBMITS EWL APPLICATION AGREES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
