Igra:

Call Of Duty 2 - CTF 5 vs 5 (2 mape, svaki klan bira svoju mapu)
Svaki klan koji zeli da ucestvuje mora ostaviti svoju prijavu na Bitange forumu  u rubrici gde je dat primer.

Lideri koji su svoje klanove prijavili za turnir moraju se prijaviti na xf grupu

i ispred svog imena moraju postaviti tag klana radi lakseg dogovora oko war-a. Dok se to ne ucini klanu se ne moze odobriti ucestvovanje na turniru. Cim se prihvati 24 klana, prijave se zatvaraju. Nakon toga klanovi nemaju prava izmena postava.

Serveri i guidi:

Igra se na ORGINAL serverima stoga je i potreban ORGINAL CD KEY. Svi guidovi od igraca koji igraju ce biti provereni i moraju biti cisti na www.game-violation.org (http://www.game-violation.org), www.punksbusted.com (http://www.punksbusted.com) . Igrac pod jednim guidom moze igrati samo za 1(jedan) klan.

Prva faza je grupna. Formira se 4 grupe sa po 6 timova u svakoj, igra se po princupu svako sa svakim. Kao i u fudbalu pobeda donosi 3 boda, remi donosi 1 a poraz 0 bodova, 4 prvoplasirana tima iz svake grupe prelaze u drugu fazu.Ukoliko se desi da 2 ekipe imaju isti broj bodova,gledace se round razlika.

Druga faza igra se po knockout sistemu.
Parovi će se dobiti ukrštanjem iz kasnije faze grupnog takmičenja na ovaj način:

A1-B3
C1-D3
A2-B4
C2-D4
B1-A3
D1-C3
B2-A4
D2-C4


Prvi iz grupe A igra protiv drugog iz drupe B itd.
Pobednik ide dalje a poraоeni se oprašta od turnira. Tokom ove knockout faze ne postoji opcija nerešenog rezultata već se igraju produоeci po sledecem principu:

Trecu mapu biraju organizatori, a ukoliko se desi da i posle toga bude nereseno igra se dalje sve dok jedan od timova ne bude porazen.

Biranje strana i mapa:

Timovi su duzni da odigraju PISTOLJ BAS jednu rundu i pobednik bira mapu a izgubljeni stranu.

Runde i sreenshoots:

Svaki war podrazumeva igranje dve mape. Svaka ekipa bira svoju mapu. Igra se na vreme, limit u poenima ne postoji. Duоina partije je 30 minuta (15+15). Sabira se rezultat dve odigrane mape i proglašava se pobednik. Kada su pitanju warovi iz eliminacione faze u slučaju nerešenog rezltata igra se treća mapa...

OBAVEZNO je uzeti screenshoot koji dokazuje rezultat. Klan koji propusti to da uradi eliminise se sa turnira.
Svi igraci obavezni su da ostanu minimum 30 sekundi nakon zavrsetka meca kako bi clan leader mogao uspesno uzeti screenshoot. Team leader pobednickog teama duzan je da screenshoot dostavi nekom od organizatora turnira odmah posle meca. Ukoliko team-leader propusti ovo da uradi, pobeda se nece racunati.

Team say:

Kao sto vec znate Bitange klan ne tolerisu bilo kakvu vrstu vredjanja na svojim turnirima i serverima. Ovo pravilo bice vrlo strogo sprovodjeno i svaki klan koji ga se ne bude pridrzavao ce biti iskljucen sa turnira. Nas savet vam je da se u slucaju bilo kakve sumnje u regularnost meca ne obracate protivnickom klanu na say all vec mec odigrate do kraja i slucaj prijavite administratorima koji su ovlasceni da procene da li je mec odigran po pravilima i ukoliko procene da je bilo neregularnosti oduzimaju bodove klanu.

Zalbe i primedbe:

Sve primedbe na igru protivnickih klanova mozete postaviti u sekciji Grupe (zavisno od toga u kojoj je grupi Vas klan) na našem forumu i tamo objasniti problem i zatraziti demo snimke.
Tim na koji je primedba upucena duzan je upload-ovati demo snimke i ostaviti link na istom topic-u.

Snimanje meceva i postavljanje demoa:

Svaki klan ima pravo zatraziti snimak meca od svakog igraca protivnickog klana. Ukoliko ne postoji zahtev za upload demoa klanvi nisu duzni to ciniti. Ukoliko neki igrac ne moze da dostavi snimak tom klanu se oduzimaju bodovi iz tog, spornog, meca.

Protivnicki klan ima pravo zatraziti demo od najviše 3 igraca u roku od 1 sata nakon zavrsetka meca! Nakon sto je -demo- zatrazen, klan mora uplodati demo snimke na za to predvidjeno mesto na forumu. Klan od kojeg je zatrazen demo/i ima rok 12h za upload.
Igraci iz klana koji su zatrazili demo, ako smatraju da ima nesto neregularno u pregledanom demou javljaju administratorima. Duzni su im locirati sumljive stvari i nakon toga administratori pregledavaju demo i dalje odlucuju o slucaju.

Scripte:

Sve vrste skripti i stvari koji olaksavaju igru te se nalaze u confizima igraca,dovesce do gubitka meca.Klanu kome se to dvaput ponovi diskvalifikuje se sa takmicenja.Takodje VSTR komande nisu dozvoljene.

Izmene:

Za vreme meča izmene nisu dozvoljene već se sve vrše iskljucivo na poluvremenu. Zamene su dozvoljene i tokom meče ukoliko se protivnička sa tim saglasi. Timovi imaju pravo na jedan time out po poluvremenu ukoliko se nekom od igrača dogodi "timed out” i sačekati najviše pet minuta da se igrač vrati. Izmene tokom time out-a nisu dozvoljene, izuzev u slučaju da se protivniči klan sa tim saglasi.

No Show:

Ukoliko se team ne pojavi automatski gubi match u prevodu tim koji se nije pojavio gubi mec sa 10 : 0. Ukoliko nekom timu fali 1 igrač te ih je 4 online, u dogovoru s drugim timom mogu odigrati 4 vs 4, ali moraju predhodno obavestiti administratora o problemu (dogovoru). Tim sa 5 igrača moоe odlučiti da se igra 5v4, odnosno ne pristati na 4v4.  Protivnik se čeka maksimalno 15 minuta.

Fer plej

Sve vrste skripti i stvari koji olaksavaju igru te se nalaze u confizima igraca,dovesce do gubitka meca. Klanu kome se dva puta to ponovi, diskvalifikuje se sa takmicenja.

Zabranjeno je:

- Koristiti VSTR komande
- Pucanje na Scroll
- JUMP (zabranjen je bilo koji JUMP!)

Jumpanje će se kaоnjavati sa 5 zastavica za protivnički tim.

Sudjenje

- Sudice se fer
- Na ovom takmicenju ne vaze pravila CB-a,ESLa ili neke druge lige. Igra se iskljucivo po pravilima ECB turnira.
- Sudije po slobodnoj proceni mogu bilo koji tim udaljiti sa takmicenja ukoliko za to postoji razlog.
- Odluka sudije je konacna. Zakljucane teme najstrozije je zabranjeno ponovo otvarati i nastavljati diskusiju.
- Administratori i sudije zadrzavaju pravo da menjaju pravila ECB pre pocetka turnira
- SVAKI TIM KOJI SE PRIJAVI NA ECB, SAGLASAN JE SA PRAVILIMA KOJA SE OVDE NALAZE

The Beginning Of The Tournament

Game:

Call Of Duty 2 - CTF 5 vs 5 (2 maps, each clan choose its own map)
Every clan who want to participate, has to place its application at bitange forum in the column, following the example.

The leaders who have applied their clans for the tournament, also have to be applied at appropriate xf group.

and they have to place a clan’s tag before their names for easier recognition and agreement about war. Until that has been completed, the participation at the tournament won’t be approved to the clan. When 24 clans have been accepted, the application process will be closed. After that, clans have no right to change the teams.


Servers and guides:

All matches are playing on ORIGINAL servers, and therefore ORIGINAL CD KEY is needed. All playing guides of the players will be checked and they have to be clean at www.game-violation.org (http://www.game-violation.org), www.punksbusted.com (http://www.punksbusted.com) . The player under one guide is allowed to play for 1 (one) clan only.

The first phase is a group phase. There will be 4 groups with 6 team in each group, and the game will be playing by the principle of round robin. As with the football, a winning brings 3 points, tied brings 1 point, and defeat 0 points, 4 pennant team from each group pass to the second phase. In case it happens that there are 2 teams with the same number of points, the round difference will be count.

The second phase will be playing by the knockout system.
The pairs will be formed by mixing from the later phase of group contest in the following manner.

A1-B3
C1-D3
A2-B4
C2-D4
B1-A3
D1-C3
B2-A4
D2-C4


The first in a group A is playing against the second one from the group B etc.
The winner is going further, and the defeated leaves the tournament. During this knockout phase there exist no option of tied result, but there are follow-ups played by the following principle:

The third map is chosen by the organizer, and if it happens that it is tied after that as well, the game will be played until one of the team are defeated. 

Choosing sides and maps:

Teams are obligated to play postol bash for one round. Winner is choosing map, and looser has the right to choose side.

Rounds and sreenshoots:

Every war implies playing two maps. Each team choos its own map. The game is limited by time; there is no limit for points. The length of one match is 30 minutes (15+15). The result from two played maps is summed and the winner is pronounced. When it comes to wars from elimination phase, in case of tied result, the third map will be played…


It is OBLIGATORY to take screenshot which proves the result. The clan that fails to do that will be eliminated from the tournament.
All players are obliged to stay in for minimum 20 seconds upon the end of the match so that the clan leader could take the screenshot successfully. Team leader of the winning team is obliged to submit the screenshot to one of the organizers of the tournament immediately after the match.  If the team-leader fails to do this, the victory will not count.



Team say:

As you well may know, Bitange do not tolerate any kind of an insult at their tournaments and servers. This rule will be strictly applied and any clan who wouldn't observed to this rule will be expelled from the tournament. Our advice is that, in case of any doubt in regularity of the match, you should not address the opponent clan on say all, but play the match till the end and report the case to the administrators who are authorized to evaluate if the match was played by the rules and if they verify that there were irregularities, they will take the clan’s points away.

Claims and remarks:

All remarks to the game of the opponent clans, you can put in the section Groups (depending on the group Your clan belongs) at our forum and explain the problem there and ask for demo shots.
The team, being remarked, is obliged to upload demo shots and leave a link on the same topic.

Match shooting and placing demos:

Each clan have right to ask for a match demo from any player of the opponent clan.  If there is no request for upload of demo shots, the clans are not in obligation to do that. If a player cannot submit the demo, the points will be taken away from that clan due to that disputable match.

The opponent clan have right to ask for a demo from most 3 players within 1 hours upon the end of the match! After the demo being asked for, the clan has to upload demo on the provided place in the forum. The clan, being asked for a demo, has the deadline of 12 hours for upload.
The players from the clan who asked for a demo, inform the administrators if they think that there are any irregularities in the checked demo. They are obliged to locate any suspicious things and after that, the administrators will check demo and bring the final decision.

Scripts:



All sorts of scripts and things that make the game easier and therefore can be found in the configs and logs of the players will make the clan lose the match. If it happens two time to the same team, thay will be disqualified form the tournament. Also, VSTR controls are not allowed.


Replacements:

During the match the replacements are not allowed, but are possible only at the half-time. The replacements are possible during the match as well, but only if the opponent team has agreed on it. The team has the right to have one time-out per half-time, and if a player has taken time-out, the waiting should last for at the most 5 minutes for the player to come back. The replacements during time-out are not allowed, unless the opponent clan agrees to it.


No Show:


If the team does not appear, it automatically loses the match, in translation, the team who did not show up, loses the match with 10:0. If a team misses a player, so that there are 4 of them online, they can play 4 vs 4 in agreement with the other team, but they have to inform the administrator of the problem (agreement). The team with 5 players can decide to play 5 vs 4, and/or not to accept to play 4vs4.
The opponent is to be waited for maximum 15 minutes.

FER PLAY:

All sorts of scripts and stuff which make the game easier in player's configs, will lead to a forfeit loss. Clan which is caught using such in two ocassions, is disqualified from the tournament.

JUDGING:

-It's going to be a fair judging.
-On this competition the rules of CB, ESL or other leagues are not valid. It's played strictly by ECB tournament rules.
-Judges by free judgement can remove any team from the competition if there is a valid reason for it.
-Judge decision is final. Lock topics are strictly not to be reopened and it's forbidden to discuss more.
-Administrators and judges keep the right of changing the rules of ECB before the tournament.
-EVERY TEAM THAT APPLIES TO THE ECB, HAS AGREED TO TERMS OF USE WHICH ARE FOUND HERE.
